Job Application Coaching

The offer

Recruiting/onboarding and coaching belong among other HR disciplines to my professional core competencies. Therefore, job application coaching is part of my portfolio of services.

In any case, job application coaching needs a professional coach with extensive practical experience in recruiting according to the motto: “from practice to practice”. Clients profit from my dual expertise as a former recruiter/recruiting manager in a company and as an independent HR consultant.

The concept, the methods

I support clients through all phases of the job application process, from the design of documents to successful contract negotiations or only in particular phases of the process according to the clients need. Sometimes the client needs only a media training or a support in the design of a curriculum vitae.

My coaching concept is designed for different target groups, such as employees, professional experts and managers in different industries as well as for school graduates (e.g. students) and unemployed persons.

The portfolio of methods comprises practice-oriented theory, tips to crucial “winners” (e.g. style/personal appearance, successful communication in interviews), the design of documents and simulations (e.g. the simulation of interviews). The coaching happens face-to-face in a relaxed atmosphere and the client decides about the methods in the coaching. Virtual (E)coaching is possible for simulation purposes (e.g. video interviews, online tests) and/or for the transfer of documents.

Clients get my guidebook “Job in Sicht!” free of charge. The book contains a wide range of practical tips, checklists and samples to documents (e.g. CV, competence profile).
